Kai is hiring a Director of Strategic Accounts to own the EMEA territory from the UK. Hunter role – you’ll build a pipeline from scratch, break into Global 2000 and Fortune 500 accounts, and close high-impact deals.
This demands more than brand credibility—Kai is early, ambitious, and winning. The rightperson will directly shape the sales approach and influence foundational decisions.
What You’ll Do
Account & Pipeline Ownership
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across enterprise accounts in the EMEA region, focusing on the UK and surrounding markets.
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline as the hunter, closer, and key relationship owner.
High-Stakes Customer Engagement
- Engage with C-level decision-makers, including:
- CISOs, CIOs
- Security architects
- SOC leaders and compliance teams
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with consultative, outcome-driven strategy.
Demonstration & Implementation
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to deliver compelling technical demos tied to customer business outcomes.
- Run Proof of Value (POV) initiatives and measure scalability.
Voice of the Customer (VoC)
- Partner with Product & Engineering to channel insights into go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute feedback on messaging, pricing, and competitive positioning as Kai’s playbook evolves.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record closing $6–7 figure deals in Global 2000/Fortune 500 environments.
- Hunter mentality: Self-driven pipeline builder; must originate net-new logos if required.
- High-growth startup experience: Dealt in contexts where brand alone isn’t the differentiator—proven win through technical credibility.
- Cybersecurity fluency: Strong conversational alignment with CISOs, security architects, and SOC leaders.
- Expertise in multi-stakeholder consultative sales processes; recognized acumen in C-level security/tech executive engagement.
- Enterprise sales methodology: Proficient in MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Force Management, Challenger, or equivalent.
- UK residency required: with deeply embedded EMEA market experience.
Preferred
- Experience selling into security modernization and AI-driven transformation programs.
- Familiarity with AI-native or emerging security technology.
