🚨 Hiring: Director of Strategy & Programming (Deep Tech / AI / Innovation)

πŸ“ Berlin (preferred) or UK/EU remote (with regular travel to Berlin)

We're working with a high-growth European Deep Tech platform connecting founders, investors, corporates, scientists, and policymakers across AI and frontier technologies. They're now looking for a Director of Strategy & Programming to define what the organisation thinks, says, and convenes across Europe's deep tech ecosystem.

🧠 The role

You'll sit at the intersection of content, ideas, events, and ecosystem building, owning the intellectual direction of one of Europe's key innovation platforms. This is not a "back office" strategy role - you'll be shaping the conversations that matter across Deep Tech and AI.

🎯 What you'll be doing

  • Define content strategy across:
    • AI
    • Defence
    • Space
    • Energy
    • Robotics
    • Advanced Materials
    • TechBio
    • HPC

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
