Director of Strategy and Programming
**# Director of Strategy & Programming (Deep Tech / AI / Innovation) – Berlin (Preferred) or UK/EU Remote
Working with a high-growth European Deep Tech platform connecting founders, investors, corporates, scientists, and policymakers in AI and frontier technologies, we are seeking a Director of Strategy & Programming to define the organisation’s intellectual direction, driving critical discussions across Europe’s deep tech ecosystem.
🧠 About the Role
You will sit at the intersection of content, ideas, and events, taking full ownership of the programmatic and intellectual direction for one of Europe’s most influential innovation platforms.
This is not a back-office role—you’ll shape the conversations defining Europe’s Deep Tech and AI landscape.
**🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔮 Content & Intellectual Leadership
- Define content strategy across strategic sectors:
- AI
- Defence
- Space
- Energy
- Robotics
- Advanced Materials
- TechBio
- HPC (High-Performance Computing)
🎤 Conference & Event Programming
- Curate flagship conference programming, including:
- Themes, agendas, formats, and stage design
- Topic curation – what gets discussed, and what doesn’t

- Content → Community Influence: Turning conversations into content, fostering engagement
- Collaborate directly with startup founders on narrative shaping, positioning, and content strategy.

📍 Location & Compensation
💰 Salary: €80,000 – €105,000 + equity (~1%) 📍 Location: Berlin-based or UK/EU remote (with regular on-site travel to Berlin) 🚪 Disability Confident Committed employer
