Mantell Associates is a global executive search firm specialising in the CDMO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Sciences industries. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an ambitious Director of Talent Acquisition to build the next generation of high-performing recruiters who will shape the future of Mantell Associates.

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for attracting, hiring and developing exceptional recruitment professionals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the entire internal recruitment function - from employer branding and talent attraction through to hiring strategy, candidate experience, onboarding and long-term workforce planning.

Director of Talent Acquisition - Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Mantell Associates' global Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of high-calibre Recruitment Consultants, Managers and future leaders.
  • Lead all internal recruitment activity from attraction through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with Directors to forecast hiring needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
  • Build relationships with passive talent across the recruitment industry.
  • Enhance our employer brand across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Introduce innovative sourcing strategies, assessment processes and recruitment technology.
  • Track recruitment performance through KPIs, reporting and market intelligence.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support succession planning and long-term organisational growth.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development to ensure successful onboarding and long-term retention.
  • Develop hiring managers to become exceptional interviewers and talent assessors.

Director of Talent Acquisition - Requirements

  • Significant experience recruiting within the recruitment industry.
  • Proven success hiring high-performing Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Leaders.
  • Experience building talent acquisition strategies in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of direct sourcing, executive search and modern recruitment methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven with experience measuring recruitment performance and improving hiring processes.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance quality of hire, speed and long-term business growth.
  • Passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience.
