As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping the greatest brand within Insurtech. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be dynamic and may include:

  • Taking full ownership of the recruitment process, covering:
    • Role profiling
    • Candidate sourcing
    • CV screening
    • Assessment planning
    • Creating and conducting interview scripts/executions
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract:
    • Obvious talents (our "shouting talents")
    • Covert talents (our "whispering talents")
  • Executing and continually developing and automating our recruiting processes.
  • Collaborating closely with management to improve our onboarding process.

Requirements

We expect someone who takes ownership of each task, acts proactively, and follows through on commitments. You should possess:

  • A highly driven and urgent mindset.

  • A relentless pursuit of excellence.

  • Humility coupled with a shared passion for building and launching new ventures.

  • Ideally, no specific background requirements (though a background in HR, marketing, sales or something else works). What matters most is:

    • Outstanding performance in prior roles.
    • Eligibility for an UK work permit.
    • A curiosity and genuine passion for working with and understanding people.
    • Enthusiasm for daily conversations, spanning from students to executives.
    • An innate ability to put people at ease.

Start Date

Flexible start date available. Office-based in our London HQ (near Victoria Station) from Monday to Friday, with no remote work options.
