Your Responsibilities
As Director of Talent Development, your role evolves with business needs but will focus on:
- Building a progressive learning and development framework for employees at all levels.
- Aligning our company goals with training programs that equip teams with the right tools.
- Developing strategic L&D plans, including needs analysis and program design.
- Creating high-impact development programs to empower teams for exceptional performance.
- Driving cross-functional synergies across business areas.
- Challenging convention to achieve ambitious outcomes relentlessly.
