Your Responsibilities

As Director of Talent Development, your role evolves with business needs but will focus on:

  • Building a progressive learning and development framework for employees at all levels.
  • Aligning our company goals with training programs that equip teams with the right tools.
  • Developing strategic L&D plans, including needs analysis and program design.
  • Creating high-impact development programs to empower teams for exceptional performance.
  • Driving cross-functional synergies across business areas.
  • Challenging convention to achieve ambitious outcomes relentlessly.
