This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of engineering efforts within cross-functional product teams, as well as managing the successful execution of larger, more complex projects that span multiple teams. Reporting to the CTO, the Director of Technology Delivery will oversee 6 Delivery Managers (each aligned to one or more of Instem’s Product Lines), establishing best practices for planning work, tracking delivery progress, improving velocity, and embedding strong project management and PMO practices in an agile product delivery environment.

Why Join Us

In addition to overseeing the effective delivery of our product roadmaps, this role will oversee and drive forwards platform migrations, environment enhancements, and cyber security improvements working with other technology leaders to ensure technology delivery roadmaps and product roadmaps are working in unison. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with agile delivery methodologies and have successfully led agile transformations that focus on product centricity and value stream management.

Technology Delivery Leadership:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
