Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be a resident of Ireland.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar field.
  • A proven track record.
  • Proficiency in AI-based agency models.
  • Commitment to long-term collaboration.
  • A degree in economics, finance, management, marketing, or law.
  • Fluency in English.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales and marketing departments.
  • Organising communication with clients.

We Offer:

  • Salary: 10,000 EURO gross, plus a 10% bonus based on the company’s total annual profit.
  • Probationary period: 3 months.
  • Expected results: 2 million EURO annual turnover in the first year, 8 million in the second, and 16 million in the third.
