Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Ireland.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar field.
- A proven track record.
- Proficiency in AI-based agency models.
- Commitment to long-term collaboration.
- A degree in economics, finance, management, marketing, or law.
- Fluency in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales and marketing departments.
- Organising communication with clients.

We Offer:
- Salary: 10,000 EURO gross, plus a 10% bonus based on the company’s total annual profit.
- Probationary period: 3 months.
- Expected results: 2 million EURO annual turnover in the first year, 8 million in the second, and 16 million in the third.
