About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Voice, Improvement & Partnerships to help shape the future of one of the largest NHS trusts in the country.
Reporting Line
This role will report to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a Trust-wide function that integrates:
- Organisational listening and staff/patient voice practices.
- Organisational development and inclusion.
- Improvement capability.
- Community partnerships and lived experience efforts.

Requirements
- Strategic and operational experience in voice, inclusion, and organisational development.
- Demonstrated ability to embed improvement and collaborative cultures.
- Expertise in ** Narrative:Motivational Trust** as well as strategic partnership with colleagues, communities, and local partners
- A track record of implementing truth to drive change and redriting the norms that guide how we feel, reason, and perform as a team.
