Reporting Line
Reports to the Chief Strategy Officer—a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of the largest NHS trusts in the country.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the development of a Trust-wide function encompassing:
- Organisational listening
- Staff and patient voice
- Organisational development
- Inclusion and belonging
- Improvement capability
- Community partnerships
- Lived experience engagement
Spearhead the delivery of Every Voice Matters, our strategy for organisational listening, involvement, and participation. Key focus areas include:
- Creating a culture where people feel safe to speak up and contribute honestly.
- Championing inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety.
- Empowering leaders to build high-performing teams.
- Unleashing creativity, expertise, and ideas across our workforce and communities to improve:
- Staff experience
- Patient experience
- Quality of care
