Director – Omni Channel & eCommerce Transformation

About the role

As a Director within our Customer and Digital Transformation team, you will lead growth and delivery across omni channel, eCommerce, trading and product transformation in Retail and Consumer markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on originating and scaling client relationships, shaping complex transformation programmes, and building market-leading propositions in areas including AI-enabled and agentic commerce.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing pipeline, expanding key accounts and identifying new client opportunities. You will combine deep industry expertise with strong commercial acumen, bringing credibility with C-suite stakeholders while leading high-performing delivery teams.

What your days will look like

  • Owning and driving a sales pipeline across retail and consumer accounts
  • Identifying and converting new logo opportunities in omni channel, digital commerce and product transformation
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite clients including Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Commercial Officers and Chief Product Officers
  • Leading complex proposals and RFP responses, shaping value propositions and commercial structures
  • Developing and scaling alliances with key technology partners across commerce platforms, cloud and AI ecosystems
  • Overseeing the delivery of large transformation programmes, ensuring commercial performance and client impact
  • Leading and mentoring Senior Managers and Managers, building capability within the team
  • Contributing to thought leadership, market positioning and external profile in areas such as agentic commerce and AI-led retail

This role is for you if

  • You have strong industry experience within Retail or Consumer, either from consulting or in-house digital leadership roles
  • You have a proven track record of generating revenue and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • You are confident leading senior client conversations and closing complex deals
  • You understand the commercial drivers of omni channel and eCommerce performance
  • You can balance growth, delivery and team leadership effectively
  • You bring a strong external network and alliance mindset
