About the role:

The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.

As a Director at Ipsos, you will be a central figure in delivering exceptional research outcomes for our clients, with a strong focus on the oncology sector. Leading our healthcare custom research team, you will drive business growth by developing strategic client partnerships and fostering innovation in research practices. You will guide informed decision-making by providing deep oncology insights and mentoring our teams to excel in handling complex projects. This dynamic role involves collaborating with other experts to harness the best Ipsos has to offer.

About you:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong track record in providing actionable insights that shape client growth.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare market research, focusing on oncology.
  • Experience in managing oncology-related global market research projects.
  • Thorough understanding of quantitative ad-hoc research techniques.
  • Proven leadership in developing teams and fostering high-performance.
  • Experience developing new and existing relationships with clients to contribute towards the revenue of the team.
  • Expertise in client relationship management through consultation and insight delivery.
