The Team

A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice specializes in delivering results across the investment lifecycle for private equity investors and their portfolio companies. The team focuses on operational and commercial due diligence, performance improvement, post-merger integration, and transformation. A&M’s proprietary Rapid Results Program helps quickly assess business process risks and identify key areas impeding performance.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team, leveraging expertise across A&M’s global network to deliver impactful solutions for clients.

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, including growth strategy projects, managing teams, and leveraging stakeholder relationships to deliver superior results.
  • Identify and recognize new project and business opportunities.
  • Oversee client engagements and deliverables, ensuring progress, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and innovate service methodologies to drive client success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting knowledge sharing and research within the team.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and development of team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in running Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements and growth strategy projects.
  • Strong network within the M&A community and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Objective, fact-based approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
  • Driven by strong values and integrity, leading by example.
