At Capgemini Invent, we help organisations transform through strategy, technology, data and design. We're looking for a Director of Procurement Transformation to play a key leadership role in growing our UK Procurement practice and delivering high-impact transformation for some of the world's leading organisations.
The Opportunity
As a Director, you'll work directly with CPOs and senior executives to shape the future of procurement. You'll lead complex transformation programmes, drive business growth, and help clients unlock value through operating model redesign, cost reduction, digital procurement, Source-to-Pay optimization, shared services and emerging AI-enabled procurement solutions. This is a unique opportunity to combine thought leadership, client delivery, sales leadership and team development in a growing and ambitious consulting practice.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading large-scale procurement transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
- Advising executive stakeholders on operating model design, shared services, GBS and procurement excellence.
- Driving business development and achieving a £2m annual sales target through client engagement, bids and proposition development.
- Delivering measurable outcomes across cost, efficiency, resilience, sustainability and digital enablement.
- Leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Shaping Capgemini Invent's point of view on the future of procurement, including AI and automation.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience leading procurement transformation within a consulting environment.
- Strong business development and client leadership experience at CPO, Director or GBS level.
- Proven track record delivering complex procurement transformation programmes and value creation initiatives.
- Expertise across procurement strategy, operating models, Source-to-Pay, cost reduction and digital procurement.
- Strong understanding of procurement technologies, automation and the evolving role of AI in procurement.
- Experience in sectors such as Public Sector, Aerospace & Defence, Retail, Consumer Products and Life Sciences.
- A passionate people leader with a talent for developing teams and growing capability.
