Overview

Mastercard’s Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. By integrating proprietary data, cutting-edge technology, expert insights, and strategic expertise, Services plays a critical role in driving Mastercard’s differentiation and business growth.

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Director Commercialization lead UK&I to oversee sales enablement, go-to-market strategies and the commercialization of key CA&E services and platforms, including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization.

This role acts as a vital conduit between Product and Services Business Leads/ Account Managers, crafting scalable sales strategies, business models, and segment narratives that drive customer value and Mastercard’s revenue growth. Reporting into the Regional CA&E Product Lead, the Director will ensure the enablement of our key stakeholders to deliver and accelerate CA&E revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Lead the expansion of the CA&E business across Europe and UK&I division by aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs. Tailored Product Narratives: Customize product messaging for diverse customer segments. Sales Support: Contribute to key client JVIs and RFPs. Scalable GTM Strategies: Create 1:M strategies to expand the reach and relevance of existing products. Sales Plays: Partner with Product Management and Sales Teams to design and execute impactful sales disciplines. Innovative Constructs: Develop and execute creative go-to-market frameworks, including Cash Conversion, Pay-for-Performance (P4P), and Conversion Assurance models. Customer Engagement: Work closely with Sales to understand and embed customer needs into solutions, meeting directly with clients when necessary. Enablement Materials: Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling sales tools and resources. Market Intelligence: Analyze and understand competing solutions and market trends to position Mastercard’s offerings effectively.

About You

Proven experience as a sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth. Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions. Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets. Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives. Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals. Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans. Recognized as a senior subject matter expert capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients. Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends. Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams. Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments. International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable. Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
