Director, Product Management Enablement
Overview
The MPMS Product team is looking for a Director of Product Management Enablement to lead the suite of prepaid program management services and global platform capabilities and defining the roadmap of future program management offerings.
The jobholder will be expected to gather information about the construct of the range of clients within the MPMS business, working with account managers to understand key customer strategies, and identify opportunities for growth. The role will include identifying and cultivating product development opportunities, managing them through the intake and Studio process, and working with partners (internal and external) to bring these to market as required.
Role
In This Product Management Position, You Will:
- Partner with key customers and regional product teams to identify business opportunities in the program management space, solve problems, and deliver solutions – to include BIN Strategy, Acceptance, Platform Communication Strategy, and Marketing alignment.
- Manage the continuous improvement of the core program management capabilities suite, taking inputs from around the business:
- Develop and maintain customer-ready program management related materials to support pipeline opportunities, ad-hoc account queries, and internal product alignment
- Creation of detailed product initiatives and acceptance criteria for sizing and prioritisation within our agile framework
- Support for product development teams throughout development, with sign off of features against acceptance criteria through agile team demos and testing output
- Own the discovery, design, and implementation of global program management changes that impact the platform
- Lead key global program management initiatives as the voice of business; work closely with technical Product Managers, Customer Delivery, GCC, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Product Change and other key stakeholders to ensure overall product readiness
- Provide support and subject matter expertise on program management related matters, assisting in customer pitches in new markets, supporting initial scoping, and evaluations
- Partner with relevant teams across the business to assist in changing business processes to align with new product features and capabilities and ensure the product enablement ecosystem and infrastructure are aligned across the business

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
- Show a proven ability to operate with autonomy to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and deliver results
- Possess advanced prepaid card program management experience in the payments space
- Experience creating robust business cases that articulate the commercial, customer, and strategic rationale for prioritizing product features and services using financial modeling and qualitative research.
- Be excellent at communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and influence people across the organisation
- Have a track record of driving impact in a complex, fast-changing environment where priorities evolve
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently
- Proven ability to partner with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver impact in a lead role
- Have intermediate experience with Issuers and BIN Sponsors
