Director of Product Management
Critical – International Expansion Lead for EMEA Property Management Platform
The company is seeking a Leadership Director in Product Management to spearhead the global expansion of its flagship property management platform across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The Director will define and execute the product strategy required for successful market penetration while balancing global consistency with local requirements, including regional property operations, regulatory norms, and financial workflows.
About the Role
This critical position encompasses product strategy, international market expansion, executive engagement, and cross-functional leadership within a complex, financial-accounting-driven SaaS platform. The Director must act as both a product visionary and an industry specialist, leveraging expertise in property management, finance, and regulatory compliance to guide strategic growth across EMEA markets.
The hybrid role (predominantly three days in-office at the London headquarters) requires a seasoned leader with the ability to influence globally dispersed teams while operationalising local priorities made feasible through a scalable, mission-critical platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Product Direction
- Define and own the international product strategy for EMEA markets, including:
- Country prioritisation and expansion roadmapping
- Investment criteria and commercial case development
- Resource allocation across markets
- Lead the EMEA-specific product roadmap, with deep focus on:
- Accounting, finance, regulatory adherence
- Reporting, tax, payments integration
- Operational workflows and scalability
- Translate market, customer, competitive, regulatory, and financial insights into clear product priorities, stakeholder-ligned roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Stakeholder & Market Engagement
- Directly engage with:
- Commercial/residential property management firms
- Investment managers, real estate financiers
- Regulators, government agencies, trade associations
- Competitors and strategic partners
- Customer advisory leadership:
- Chair executive-level market discovery and advisory sessions
- Validate product direction through live stakeholder engagement
- Represent the company’s product vision externally, at:
- Industry events
- Customer and partner meetings
- Strategic investor/ROI discussions

Executive & Commercial Focussed Impact
- Drive alignment between global product standards and regional adoption needs, through:
- Scalable but customisable frameworks
- Data-driven prioritisation
- Risk trade-off analysis
- Develop and track:
- EMEA expansion success metrics (e.g., GH/CH retention, satisfaction, cooperation, license penetration)
- Financial performance (revenue, customer lifetime value)
- Traffic adoption & engagement statistics
- Executive reporting: Provide regular updates on strategy, trend analysis, risk & investment milestones.
Principal Skills & Frame
Compulsory Experience
10+ years of preferred or sought-after product management:
- In enterprise SaaS commercial platforms.
- Overseen mission-critical operational/financial processes.
- Required adaptation to complex industries like construction, property/real estate, finance, or healthcare.
- Bi-national or multi-regional expansion during career:
- Focused on Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
- Ability to build, influence and lead cross-functional entities:

- Operate, Legal และ Compliance and Finance.
- Executive Communications Expertise:
- Prepare insights covering markets, compliance trends, and decision-making formats for senior stakeholders.

- Undergraduate studies in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Retail, Real Estate, or related field (technical software skills also highly regarded).
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or post-graduate degree in:

- Certificate privileges in:
