Director - Product Management
Director of Product Management (EMEA Expansion)
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead international expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) for our flagship property management platform. This role focuses on supporting complex operational needs for leading property management organizations, bridging global platform consistency with localized market requirements.
About the Role
Our platform serves as the central hub for day-to-day property operations across commercial and residential real estate, enabling seamless workflows in:
- Property administration
- Lease and tenant management
- Service delivery
- Portfolio operations
- Compliance and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced accounting and finance capabilities (e.g., billing, recoveries, reporting, controls, auditability, and investment processes)
The Director of Product Management will:
- Define and execute product strategy for EMEA expansion
- Balance global standards with country-specific customizations (regulatory, financial workflows, operating models)
- Engage with executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams
- Drive market readiness and growth while maintaining scalability
Z fulfilling this role requires exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and deep expertise in property management operations, finance, and international markets.
Hybrid Working Model
- Primary base: London (in-office)
- Flexibility: 3 days per week working from home
- Global Team: Hybrid collaboration encouraged
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development
- Define and lead the international EMEA product strategy, including:
- Country entry prioritization and phasing
- Roadmap sequencing and investment recommendations
- Ensure global/local alignment across:
- Accounting and finance workflows
- Regulatory compliance
- Financial reporting and controls
- Billing, payments, tax, auditability
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with external partners, including:
- Commercial and residential property managers
- Commercial tenants & investment managers
- Government agencies and regulators
- Industry associations and strategic partners
- Lead customer advisory forums, executive meetups, and market validation initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Ensure market readiness and successful implementation
Executive & Financial Acumen
- Develop strategic recommendations for leadership, including:
- Investment trade-offs
- Risk assessment
- Roadmap progress updates
- Commercial impact analysis
Success Metrics & Growth Driving
- Establish KPIs for EMEA expansion (adoption, retention, satisfaction, revenue, compliance)
- Represent the company externally (customer meetings, industry events, partnerships)
Required Experience (10+ years in Product Management)
Core Qualifications
- Proven leadership in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or vertical marketplace products
- Experience defining strategy and roadmaps for mission-critical platforms (reflecting operational, financial, or regulatory needs)
- Experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders (preferably including government, compliance, or regulatory partners)
- Ability to craft executive communications (roadmaps, business cases, trade-off discussions)
- Cross-functional collaboration expertise
Strongly Preferred Specializations
- Property management or PropTech (PropTech, facilities management, lease administration, investment management)
- International product expansion, particularly in EMEA markets
- Finance-oriented workflows (accounting, billing, financial reporting, controls, recovery processes)
- Familiarity with compliance/adherency in software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments
Skills & Capabilities
- Strategic Product Leadership: Strong vision for multi-year roadmap alignment with business outcomes
- Property Management Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of lease, tenant, service delivery, and portfolio operations (commercial, residential, mixed-used)
- Financial Fluency: Proficiency in real estate workflows, controls, and audit processes
- International Market Judgment: Ability to assess regulatory complexities and localization needs across EMEA
- Executive Communication: Curates complex information into clear, laser-focused recommendations
- Cross-Functional Influence: Drives alignment and trade-off resolution through collaboration and persuasion

Education & Certifications
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Real Estate, or related fields
Strongly Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Real Estate, International Business, or Technology
- Certifications in Product Management, Real Estate Finance, Compliance, or related business disciplines
