Director, Product Marketing Structurer
VP/Director, Multi-Asset Structuring – Marketing (London)
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a VP or Director to join our Multi-Asset Structuring team in London. This role will be responsible for supervising and executing all marketing-related activities supporting structuring and sales efforts across Global Markets, driving the firm's top priorities as they evolve.
What will you do?
- Align with business objectives and product strategy to create go-to-market plans, using knowledge of products, markets, customers, and competitors to develop marketing initiatives that clearly communicate the unique value our products bring to clients.
- Act as a strategic partner to Global Markets Sales and Relationship Management, working on various projects and initiatives that impact RBCCM globally.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams with senior-level business partners to execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop presentations on various marketing initiatives and programs for RBCCM leadership and internal/external partners.
- Collaborate across businesses to develop product positioning, messaging, and cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Partner with analytics teams to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Create marketing product-related content for multi-channel campaigns across brochures, pitch books, websites, videos, podcasts, email campaigns, presentations, and events.
- Deliver creative, compelling, and innovative marketing ideas that enhance positioning and impact of global marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
- Manage asset development with internal creative teams or external agencies to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that could lead to unfair treatment of customers, ensuring compliance with the FCA Consumer Duty Principle.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Significant experience in Financial Services Marketing or Management Consulting, with Capital Markets preferred
- Good understanding of financial products
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and tactically to drive business outcomes
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, with experience in driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and be resourceful/solutions-oriented
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data to deliver meaningful insights for decision-making
- Team player mindset, with adaptability as team priorities evolve
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
