Director, Product Marketing Structurer

VP / Director – Multi-Asset Structuring Marketing

About the Opportunity We are seeking a VP or Director to join our Multi-Asset Structuring team in London. This role will oversee and drive all marketing activities supporting structuring and sales efforts across Global Markets, aligning with the firm’s evolving priorities.


What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Align marketing efforts with business objectives and product strategy.
    • Develop go-to-market plans based on deep knowledge of products, markets, customers, and competitors.
  • Collaborative Partnerships:

    • Act as a strategic partner to Global Markets Sales and Relationship Management, contributing to key initiatives.
    • Work on cross-functional teams with senior stakeholders to execute strategic projects.
  • Marketing Execution:

    • Create presentations on marketing initiatives for leadership and partners (internal/external).
    • Collaborate across business units to refine product positioning, messaging, and cross-channel campaigns.
    • Develop multi-channel content (brochures, pitch books, websites, videos, podcasts, emails, presentations, events).
  • Creative & Analytical Leadership:

    • Propose innovative marketing ideas to enhance global initiatives and drive revenue.
    • Leverage analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and guide decision-making.
    • Manage asset development with creative teams/agencies to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

What You’ll Need

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • Experience in Financial Services Marketing or Management Consulting, preferably in Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
  • Strategic and creative problem-solving mindsets.
  • Excellent writing & presentation skills.
  • Advanced project management (cross-stakeholder alignment, ambiguity tolerance).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
