Independent Project Consultancy
Salary: £100,000–£120,000 + bonus + benefits Location: London
This independent project management consultancy works with some of the highest-profile real estate developers and investors, currently coordinating several major projects in Central London.
Due to newly launched projects, they seek to appoint a Project Manager at Project Director level to lead commercial cut & carve / CAT A initiatives, with project values ranging from £50m–£200m.

Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience within a project management consultancy.
- Proven ability to deliver private sector projects under JCT contracts.
- Extensive experience with:
- New build schemes
- Cut & carve projects
- CAT A developments
- Ideally chartership/aspiring membership in:
- MRICS (Chartered Surveyor)
- MCIOB (Chartered Building Designer)
- RIBA (Chartered Architect) or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage high-level stakeholders.
