Your Credentials
- Experience Level: You’ll have developed to Principal+ Consultant grade and have a proven track record in your region/discipline/portfolio/area of expertise (you could be a Director, AD, Associate, Principal, or maybe even an excellent Senior).
- Recruitment Skills: Polished 360-degree recruiter.
- Cultural Fit: You’ll get our values and recognise the importance of these for your success and for customer and collaborator experience.
- Resilience: To be a successful recruitment consultant, you need to be able to turn setbacks into learning and motivation, and the highs and lows are exacerbated when it’s your company and you are more invested in every outcome.
- Financial Security: You’ll need to be financially secure enough to walk away from a salary and confident in the business plan.
