Director Rep (New Business)

Armoury Films is on the lookout for a new Director’s Rep to join our busy, growing team to assist with all things new business.

We are a London-based production company with a tight-knit family of award-winning directors and producers. Driven by a love for storytelling and a commitment to the craft of production, we place creativity at the heart of everything we do. We like to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, the beauty in the everyday. In short, we love the art and craft of production and making films we are proud of.

Whether you are already repping directors and looking for a new challenge, or work within an agency or post-house that loves the work but craves the buzz of the independent production side - we want to hear from you.

The Role

As our Director’s Rep, you’ll be at the forefront of Armoury’s new business, acting as a passionate advocate for our roster of award-winning directors and Armoury as a chosen production partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships and has a deep appreciation and love for creative filmmaking, art, and culture. Working closely with our MD, EP, and Producers, you will help shape our sales strategies, curate tailored director showcases, and proactively chase down new opportunities. Experience in the advertising industry and an existing network of contacts is highly beneficial for the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
