Director, Revenue Enablement EMEA

Career Opportunity: Director of Revenue Enablement (EMEA)

About Samsara

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of Connected Operations™ Cloud, a platform enabling global operations-dependent organisations to leverage IoT data for actionable insights. We empower agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—sectors representing over 40% of global GDP. By enabling digital transformation, we enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability across physical operations.

Joining Samsara means shaping the future of operational success. Our public-company status offers autonomy, support, and long-term impact while addressing critical challenges in real-world industries.

About The Role

Samsara’s EMEA field is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic Director of Revenue Enablement to lead this next phase of growth. This ambitious leadership role holds the opportunity to define EMEA’s enablement strategy, develop a high-performance team, and set a precedent for exceptional revenue enablement practices at Samsara.

The role extends beyond conventional playbook execution—it demands innovative thinking around AI and automation. You’ll dive into EMEA sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing (PMM), collaborating with senior leadership to align enablement efforts with commercial priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and execute six- to twelve-month regional enablement roadmaps, partnering with EMEA sales leaders and global programme teams.
  • Hire, develop, and grow a diverse team of revenue enablement professionals supporting the EMEA field.
  • Localise global programmes—ensuring content fits regional contexts and fills gaps left by centralised offerings.
  • Shape holistic enablement initiatives across onboarding, ramp programmes, certifications, product training, sales methodology, leadership development, and activations.
  • Drive AI-first enablement, designing interactive, real-time engagements that surpass traditional training models.
  • Measure real impact—track behavioural change, not vanity metrics. Set targets, analyse results, and drive strategic transparency.
  • Align with senior leadership, Sales Ops, and PMM to bridge enablement with commercial priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
