Director - Sales

As the Director of Sales for the UK & Ireland, you will assume strategic oversight of our Enterprise New Business division. This is a critical leadership appointment responsible for engineering a scalable, high-performing revenue operation across our most mature market segment.

Operating from our flagship London office, this position offers significant executive visibility, maintaining close alignment with our global corporate leadership layer. You will be responsible for commanding, mentoring, and scaling an elite team of Enterprise Account Executives, transforming market opportunities into predictable, high-value annual recurring revenue (ARR).

About the Role

Organisations everywhere struggle under the crushing costs and complexities of “solutions” that promise to simplify their lives—yet often hinder growth. Business software has become a blocker instead of a catalyst for efficiency.

At Freshworks, we challenge this norm by building uncomplicated service software that delivers exceptional customer and employee experiences. Our solutions are enterprise-grade, yet intuitive, and designed to accelerate results.

This role is about creating a fresh vision for how organisations work—a vision with real impact. Join a growing community of 4,500+ employees dedicated to empowering 72,000+ global companies, from Bridgestone to S&P Global, to drive customer loyalty and service efficiency.

Come build the future of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) with us.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
