Director, Sales Enablement Training (Dynamics CRM), UK
Management Consultant – CRM & Growth Process Lead
Location: UK (including HH Global HQ, London, with occasional travel)

The Role: Purpose
This critical new position within our global training team will partner with senior Client Engagement and Business Development teams to embed:
- Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) for commercial growth (not administrative use)
- Engage (sales framework) for consultative selling
- The Growth team’s operating model (RACI structure, process alignment)
Key Output: Measurable improvement in commercial pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and win rate by closing gaps in usage, behaviour, and understanding.
Flexibility:
- Remote from within the UK
- Hybrid with mandatory presence in London and business travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Discipline, Not Just Training
- Eliminate usage gaps in CRM, Engage, and Growth processes across sales, BD, and marketing.
- Proactively challenge poor practice and drive adoption of best-in-class growth behaviours.
- Act as a commercial advisor, ensuring teams understand and apply these tools to real-world outcomes.
CRM Adoption for Commercial Impact
- Reinforce CRM as a growth tool, not an administrative system.
- Improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity prioritisation.
- Train and coach teams on using CRM data to drive tangible sales outcomes.

Engage Framework Facilitation
- Coach teams in applying Engage to live opportunities, focusing on:
- Qualification discipline (BANT)
- Value-based selling
- Structured deal progression
- Ensure Engage is actioned in priority deals, not just theoretically understood.
Operating Model E enablement
- Translate growth RACI into clear, actionable guidance for teams.
- Resolve confusion about roles and responsible circles (RACIs).
- Identify systemic workflow breakdowns and escalate as required.
Targeted Enablement & Training
- Design and deliver role-specific training aligned to current business priorities (ex: high-value pursuits, underperforming regions).
- Partner with content teams to ensure tools and materials are practical, relevant, and actionable.
First-Line Operations Support
- Be the go-to Dynamics 365 (and integrations) subject matter expert.
- Provide coaching support on daily CRM use (e.g., "How do I close this deal?"), with best practice alignment.
Data-Driven Continuous Improvement
- Monitor adoption trends in CRM and Engage for performance gaps.
- Use insights to design interventions and improvement plans.
- Feedback reporting to Growth, Sales Enablement, and Operations on systemic issues.

Requirements & Qualifications
Commercial Growth Mindset
- Thread connective tissue between processes, tools, and real-world commercial results.
- Strong pragmatism: Why should revenue teams embrace CRM/Engage, and how?
CRM Expertise
- Five+ years’ hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (with multi-country adoption experience).
- Ability to implement buy-in from users sceptical of reporting/finance-focused systems.
Facilitation & Behavior Change
- Effective stakeholder engagement and confidence influencing senior executives.
- Proven track record in training-based behaviour change beyond module checking.
Operational SME
- Systems governance & process design skills to unpack complexity for teams.
- Experience interpreting commercial KPIs (planned bookings, deal stages, pipeline health).
