Purpose of the Job

This new role focuses on driving measurable commercial performance improvement by working closely with Senior Client Engagement (account management) colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Embedding consistent, high-quality use of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), its integrations, Engage (our consultative selling framework), and Growth’s operating model.
  • Projects will be prioritised and performance-managed by the Growth function to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

This role is based within the global training team, with location flexibility across the UK – but you must be willing to travel as required and be present in our London office occasionally.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Discipline & Adoption (Beyond Training)

  • Embed effective use of CRM, Engage, and Growth processes across client engagement, business development, and marketing teams.
  • Actively identify gaps in usage, behaviour, and understanding – then intervense to resolve them.
  • Challenge poor practice and drive adoption of best-in-class growth behaviours.

CRM Adoption & Commercial Use

  • Ensure Microsoft Dynamics is used as a commercial tool, not just an administrative system.
  • Improve pipeline quality and completeness, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management discipline.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to teams on how CRM can support real growth outcomes.

Engage Framework Facilitation

  • Facilitate the practical application of Engage in live opportunities and account development.
  • Support teams in embedding:
    • Qualification discipline
    • Value-based selling
    • Structured deal progression
  • Ensure Engage is actively used in priority pursuits (not just theoretical knowledge).

Growth Operating Model & RACI Enablement

  • Translate the Growth RACI framework into practical, actionable guidance for teams.
  • Remove confusion around roles, responsibilities, and decision-making.
  • Identify systemic breakdowns in ways of working and escalate where necessary.

Targeted Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver **role-based training **aligned to business priorities.
  • Prioritise high-impact areas such as:
    • Strategic pursuits
    • Underperforming regions/teams
    • Process or system rollouts
  • Collaborate with content creation teams to ensure materials are practical, relevant, and actionable.

First-Line Microsoft Dynamics & Integration Support

Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for:

  • Hands-on user support (e.g., "How do I do this?")
  • Ongoing best-practice guidance on CRM and integrations.

Insight & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor adoption metrics across CRM and Engage.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform interventions and improvement plans.
  • Provide structured feedback to Growth, Sales Enablement, and Operations on systemic issues.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Commercial & Growth Understanding

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and growth functions.
  • Ability to connect systems, behaviour, and commercial outcomes.

CRM Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and core CRM concepts.
  • Proven track record in driving and supporting CRM adoption in complex, multi-region environments.

Facilitation & Behaviour Change

  • Confident facilitation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to change behaviours, not just deliver training.

Operational Thinking

  • Strong understanding of governance, ways of working, and process design.
  • Ability to simplify complexity into practical, actionable guidance.
