Purpose of the Role
This dynamic new position at HH Global focuses on driving measurable commercial performance growth by embedding consistent, high-quality use of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), the Engage consultative selling framework, and the Growth team’s operating model. The role sits within the global training team, with projects and priorities driven by the Growth function to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
Location Flexibility:
- Can be based anywhere in the UK.
- Must be willing to travel for business as required.
- Must be based in our London office when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Growth Discipline (Beyond Training)
- Embed consistent, high-quality adoption of:
- Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Engage consultative selling framework
- Growth team’s operating model and processes
- Actively identify gaps in usage, behaviour, and understanding, intervening to resolve them.
- Challenge poor practices and drive adoption of best-in-class growth behaviours.
2. CRM Adoption & Commercial Excellence
- Ensure Microsoft Dynamics is used as a commercial tool, not just an administrative system.
- Improve:
- Pipeline quality and completeness
- Forecasting accuracy
- Opportunity management discipline
- Provide hands-on coaching on how CRM supports real business growth outcomes.

3. Engage Framework Facilitation
- Facilitate practical application of Engage in live sales situations and account development.
- Support teams in embedding:
- Qualification discipline
- Value-based selling
- Structured deal progression
- Ensure Engage is actively used in high-priority pursuits, not just theoretical knowledge.
4. Growth Operating Model & RACI Enablement
- Translate the Growth RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) into practical, actionable guidance for teams.
- Remove confusion around roles, responsibilities, and decision-making.
- Identify breakdowns in ways of working and escalate systemic issues.
5. Targeted Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver focused, role-based training tailored to business priorities.
- Prioritise high-impact training in:
- Strategic pursuits
- Underperforming regions/teams
- New process/system rollouts
- Work with content teams to ensure materials are practical, relevant, and actionable.
6. Ongoing First-Line Support
- Serve as the first-line expert for Microsoft Dynamics (and all integrations), supporting users with:
- Practical queries (e.g., “How do I do this?”)
- Best practice guidance
7. Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor adoption metrics across CRM and Engagement to identify performance gaps.
- Use data to inform interventions and improvement plans.
- Provide structured feedback to growth, sales enablement, and operations on systemic issues.

Requirements
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Commercial & Growth Understanding:
- Strong grasp of sales processes, pipeline management, and growth functions.
- Ability to connect systems, behaviours, and commercial outcomes.

CRM Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and core CRM concepts.
- Experience driving and supporting CRM adoption in complex, multi-region environments.

Facilitation &Behaviour Change:
- Confident facilitation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of changing behaviours, not just delivering training.

Operational Thinking:
- Strong understanding of governance, ways of working, and process design.
- Ability to simplify complexity into practical, actionable guidance.
