The Role
This is a critical leadership opportunity to scale Vistex’s Pinnacle Award-winning SAP Channel Alliance into EMEA. As the Director, SAP Channel Alliance, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Alliance Expansion
- Lead the design, alignment, and execution of a high-impact SAP Alliance strategy for EMEA, focusing on:
- Joint innovation
- Solutions co-development
- Revenue growth
- Customer satisfaction
- Partner with SAP executives and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align on priorities, success metrics, and operational cycles, anticipating and capitalising on growth opportunities.

Revenue & Relationship-Driven Execution
- Develop and execute quarterly/monthly joint revenue and sales plans with SAP controllers and Vistle Margin Optimization Platform (M MU)-specific targets.
- Drive SAP MU pipeline, subscription revenue, and alliance goals, leveraging deep understanding of SAP’s business plans and execution cycles.
- Follow through on business commitments with rigorous accountability and rapid knowledge-sharing to drive continuous improvement.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Align key functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Go-To-Market) to ensure synergistic execution of SAP-related initiatives, including OKRs.
- Act as a senior influence partner within Vistex’s Ecosystem team, shaping and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with peers.
- Work closely with Vistex’s System Integration (SI) counterparts to:
- Activate joint Centre of Excellence (COE) GTM strategies.
- Anchor SAP solutions into Finance & Supply (F&S) and Industrieal contracts.
Operational Excellence
- Personally drive and enhance team adoption of Vistex’s internal systems and tools for:
- Tracking progress
- Analysing performance
- Communicating successes
- Thrrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, delivering high-impact results.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven SAP Alliance Experience: Strong track record of building, growing, and monetising partnerships with SAP across EMEA.
- Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to design scalable growth strategies, align on KPIs, and drive accountability in both SAP and Vistex stakeholder networks.
- Executive Relationships: Experienced in gaining, retaining, and exploiting influence with SAP leadership and industry decision-makers.
- Reveneu-Driven Approach: History of hitting pipeline and revenue targets, with track record of turning deals into long-term engagements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at orchestrating alignment between Sales, Product, and Operational functions to ensure GTM success.
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of SAP ecosystems (e.g., data, integrations, sales enablement) and Vistex’s Margin-Optimisation Platform.
