Title And Summary
Director, Security Solutions Sales (UK&I)
Mastercard is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth across our Security Solutions business in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In this role, you will work with financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, and digital players to help address challenges related to fraud prevention, identity, authentication, and trust in the payments ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, developing pipeline, and leading opportunities through to successful close.

This is a highly visible role for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys creating growth through strategic sales and business development.
Role
- Drive growth of Mastercard's Security Solutions business across the UK and Ireland.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
- Lead customer engagements from opportunity identification through commercial discussions and contract execution.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision makers.
- Understand customer priorities and position solutions that deliver tangible business value.
- Partner across Mastercard to develop customer strategies and bring the best of our capabilities to market.
- Deliver against revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes.
All About You
- Proven success in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop pipeline and win complex opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in large organizations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Experience in payments, fraud, identity, authentication, cybersecurity, fintech, or related technology solutions is preferred.
