Director Senior Commercial Markets Agriculture
Senior Agricultural Relationship Manager
What will you do?
- Manage a portfolio of large agricultural clients, overseeing the overall relationship strategy within their RBC relationship team
- Deliver proactive and customized business and financial advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients’ business and industry
- Grow Senior Commercial Markets client relationships, collaborating with the client relationship team to bring the full breadth of RBC to businesses, business owners, and employees
- Partner with CFS Finance to manage and support complex client credit needs, showcasing strong credit acumen, risk mitigation, and portfolio oversight
- Foster internal and external strategic partnerships, including centres of influence (COIs), to meet business goals while focusing on target market clients
- Enable clients to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their businesses
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have
- University degree, in Agriculture with strong financial analysis skills
- Minimum 3–5 years’ commercial banking experience, specialized in Agriculture
- Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry-specific expertise
- Experience with emerging technology (e.g., video conferencing, social media, digital banking, mobile applications)
