Saviynt is seeking a strategic, high-energy marketing leader to lead our EMEA marketing organization and serve as a key member of the global Marketing Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for building and executing the regional marketing strategy across EMEA to drive pipeline growth, market awareness, customer engagement, and partner influence.

Reporting into global marketing leadership, this individual will lead a distributed regional team with direct reports across key EMEA markets including the UK, Northern Europe, DACH, Southern Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be both a strong strategic operator and an influential cross-functional leader — capable of representing the voice of EMEA within a global organization while building deep alignment with regional sales leadership.

This role requires a highly collaborative leader who understands how to create strong, trusted partnerships with sales executives and regional stakeholders. Success will depend on the ability to align marketing strategy tightly to regional business priorities and deliver measurable impact across pipeline and revenue objectives.

The position is based in the UK and requires regular presence in our London office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Regional Strategy & Leadership

Drive measurable pipeline creation, acceleration, and market awareness across enterprise and partner channels.

Serve as a key participant in the global Marketing Leadership Team, contributing regional insights, strategic direction, and operational leadership.

Act as the primary advocate for EMEA within the broader global marketing organization, ensuring regional priorities, opportunities, and market dynamics are effectively represented.

Sales Partnership & Cross-Functional Alignment

Build strong, trusted partnerships with EMEA sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on business priorities, pipeline goals, account focus, and go-to-market execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
