We empower investors and lenders to secure deals by combining our firm’s extensive operational, industry, and functional insights with financial, accounting, and tax expertise. Focusing on critical deal drivers and root-cause problem-solving, we serve as the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big Four, delivering value across the investment lifecycle.
How You Will Contribute
We seek an experienced Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) professional for a Director or Senior Director role, with a focus on the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial due diligence and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EMEA-specific consulting engagements, partnering with the Global Chief Risk Officer to ensure consistency and process optimization across the Global Transaction Advisory practice.
- Combine regional execution with global impact, advancing Q&RM best practices within the organisation.
- Proactively collaborate across teams and stakeholders to mobilise resources and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Drive cross-border engagements (ideally multilingual) while maintaining high standards for integrity and quality.

Responsibilities Include:
- Performing financial due diligence as an EMEA-based client-server within a Big Four-type environment.
- Consulting on contract, policy, and Q&RM processes.
- Leading quality reviews and developing Q&RM-specific training and tools.
- Designing, redesigning, and implementing Q&RM processes.
- Supporting practice integration and onboarding efforts.
The role demands a proactive, self-starter who values collaboration, autonomously resolving challenges, and is equally comfortable engaging with internal/external leaders.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven background in financial due diligence within the Big Four or equivalent firms.
- Cross-border and multi-regional experience.
- Professional certification (ACA / ACCA preferred).
- Strong experience in consulting roles, including client management and stakeholder engagement.
Core Competencies:
- Ability to lead Q&RM initiatives and integrate them into broader practices.
- Passionate about process improvement and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and onboard teams to new standards.
- Commitment to a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Additional Assets:
- Multilingual proficiency.
- Deep understanding of transaction advisory and risk management frameworks.
