We provide premium clients across diverse sectors with expert financial due diligence, helping private equity and corporate acquirers unlock value across the investment lifecycle.

How You’ll Contribute

We’re looking for an experienced Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) leader (Director or Senior Director level) to drive quality, consistency and process excellence globally—with a focus on EMEA operations. You’ll:

  • Lead EMEA-specific Q&RM initiatives, partnering with the Global Chief Risk Officer to elevate firm-wide standards.
  • Combine financial due diligence expertise with process leadership and cross-border experience.
  • Foster collaboration as a collaborative problem-solver, balancing autonomy with stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and deliver Q&RM training, frameworks and tools to enhance service consistency.

Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proven Q&RM experience (preferably from a Big Four firm) in financial due diligence.
  • Cross-border or multilingual expertise, with experience in EMEA markets.
  • Preference for professional certifications (ACA/ACCA).
  • Consulting experience in contracts, policy and real-world onboarding.
  • Ability to redesign Q&RM processes, tools, and learning programs.
