At Mastercard, we have a compelling opportunity to scale a high-value Services business for our Commercial customers — extending the success of our Consumer model across Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF).
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director, Services - Vertical Solutions to drive this ambition in the AP, EEMEA & Europe regions.
The candidate will be part of the team to scale the Services strategy, defining and executing a strong Go-To-Market approach that unlocks new revenue streams, expands monetizable offerings, and strengthens performance discipline across CNPF.
Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Mastercard account teams, this leader will accelerate pipeline growth, deliver customer-centric solutions, and ensure disciplined execution.

- Expand existing Services to CNPF (e.g., SSO, Loyalty, Deploy) by calibrating value propositions and GTM; identify and pilot with anchor clients to prove impact at pace and at scale.
- Build a segment-led service roadmap for commercial verticals, delivering 2–3 new flagship offerings over time, in partnership with product, studios, and analytics.
- Build and execute the services GTM strategy for commercial verticals, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing aligned to CNPF priorities.
- Own the CNPF services sales pipeline across all relevant CNPF assets; forecast accurately and maintain healthy coverage ratios.
- Coordinate post-sale execution with the Services Delivery team to ensure time-to-value, quality outcomes, and referenceable success.
- Facilitate best practice sharing across the regional teams.
- Elevate strategic interaction with key customers, fintechs, ecosystem partners, and C-suite stakeholders; build partnerships that accelerate adoption and growth.
- Provide internal and external thought leadership on CNPF services trends within commercial verticals; represent the business in forums, client councils, and industry events.
- Design and scale 1-to-many motions for commercial verticals (digital onboarding, in-product guidance, lifecycle marketing), in collaboration with issuers/acquirers/fintech channels.
- Tailor pricing/packaging for commercial verticals affordability while preserving margins; leverage Deploy, Loyalty, SSO to increase activation and retention.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record leading strategy, launching scalable products/services, and delivering commercial outcomes across complex, multi-market environments.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and success against ambitious growth targets.
- Industry/Technical: Deep understanding of the payments industry and Commercial New Payment Flows; ability to leverage payments technology and innovation to solve client problems; strong financial and business acumen.
- Leadership & Consulting: People leadership experience; consultative problem-solving; executive-level communication and negotiation skills; comfort operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional settings.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications preferred.
