Our client, a growing global clinical CRO specialising in biotech and complex trials, is seeking a Director of Site Engagement & Feasibility to own and shape their global site engagement and feasibility strategy across the full study lifecycle. Known for driving accelerated start-up timelines and consistently delivering high-performing sites, this organisation actively invests in professional growth through leadership development, global exposure across regions, and clear pathways to expand responsibility and influence. Joining this team means playing a pivotal role in how sponsors experience site strategy, from early feasibility through to enrolment delivery, while working in an inclusive, flexible environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global site engagement and feasibility strategy across the full study lifecycle, ensuring high-quality feasibility, rapid study start-up, and strong enrolment performance that aligns with company growth objectives.
- Build, lead, and evolve a high-performing team of site engagement professionals, setting priorities, standardising best practices, implementing innovative tools and models, and continuously improving processes at scale.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Clinical Operations, Project Management, and Executive Leadership, and represent the organisation externally with strategic sites, clients, and industry partners to strengthen relationships and support long-term business success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, health sciences, business, or a related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in clinical research (CRO and/or sponsor), including direct exposure to site engagement, feasibility and study start-up
- 3-5+ years of line management experience leading site engagement and/or feasibility teams, with a proven ability to manage strategic site relationships
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes, supported by strong knowledge of feasibility dynamics, site operations, and start-up processes
- Experience on international or global level
- Fluent level of English
