Job Description
As the Director of Strategic Account Management, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring your team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth, positioning the company as a market leader.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within Honeywell Aerospace
- Lead a team of strategic account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
- Drive continuous improvement in the strategic account management process and tools, ensuring best practices and standardization across the organization

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
