Overview
QSC is currently seeking a Director, Strategic Programs to be at the forefront of our company’s business growth and transformation. The Director will be leading various high-impact, strategic engagements across the region (e.g., go-to-market models and strategy, customer experience, regional growth, digital business models). The Director will have significant responsibility for creating project fundamentals, such as work planning, designing and executing financial, sales, and marketing analyses, and business cases, developing recommendations for action, leading change management processes with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering presentations to internal, executive, and external audiences.
High level of independence is needed in this job. This role will be working in cross-functional teams consisting of senior leadership and will be presenting and making recommendations up to the Executive Team level.

Responsibilities
Strategic projects definition and planning:
- Partner with business leaders across all regions to define and implement strategic projects and transformation initiative(s) to support long range business objectives
- Translate an integrated set of business priorities into an actionable and prioritized list of initiatives
- Oversee the design of research plans, business analyses, and discover insights from data to validate hypotheses or challenge status quo
- Develop governance, reporting, communications, and operational policies for the initiatives to ensure alignment with overall transformation efforts

Strategic projects execution:
- Manage strategic projects and programs
- Develop implementation strategies that address business requirements and engage appropriate teams that will deliver right outcomes
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of strategic projects including executives, team members, and others in the organization
- Plan for and execute high quality change management throughout strategic projects
Cross-functional collaboration and people leadership:
- Provide leadership to major engagements on day-to-day problem solving and team management level
- Become recognized both internally and externally as a key “go to” contact for strategic initiatives
- Bring in deep functional expertise to every situation from internal/external sources and networks
- Inspire, lead, and develop talent across the organization
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business related field (Economics, etc) or BA/BS (any major) with 3-4 years of management consulting; MBA preferred
- 6+ years working in a strategy focused role in the AV or IT industry or 2-3 years experience with a top management consulting firm
- High level of proficiency needed with PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of AV/IT is a plus
- Knowledge of go-to-market and product development are a plus
