Lenovo is currently looking for a Director Strategy Customer Success – ISO Global Accounts for Europe and META.

You will act as a strategic partner and execution leader for the Europe and META Global Accounts organization. In this role, you help translate strategy into measurable business outcomes while strengthening customer success and business performance across the region. You collaborate closely with regional leadership and global cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve execution, and support sustainable growth. This role combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, and customer-focused leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Executive Director to shape and execute the Europe and META Global Accounts strategic roadmap
  • Translate corporate priorities into regional initiatives with clear objectives, governance, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead business planning cycles (annual and quarterly), including growth strategies and investment recommendations
  • Strengthen executive engagement with priority Global Accounts and improve customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion
  • Build executive dashboards and analyze pipeline performance, revenue trends, and customer adoption metrics
  • Drive cross-functional transformation programs across Sales, Services, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, coordinate leadership forums, and support strategic decision-making

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
  • 8+ years in strategy, consulting, customer success, sales leadership, or business operations
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives in a global or matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with business intelligence and performance reporting tools
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Customer-focused approach with experience supporting enterprise or Global Accounts organizations
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language skills are an advantage
