The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to take a leading role in a very established structural design project and be involved in co-leading the current team of 15 staff.
- There is a very real option to take shares in the business, with the possibility of becoming a co-owner swiftly if desired.
- If staying purely salaried appeals more, this is acceptable too.

Key Responsibilities
You will need to demonstrate:
- Solid mainstream buildings structures design experience in all the main materials
- Ability to run projects, manage staff and clients
- Involvement in project delivery, fee bids

Work Load
- £2–10m projects:
- Bespoke houses for private clients
- Schools
- Arts & leisure projects
- Basements
- Reports & insurance claim work
- Commercial & retail buildings
- Healthcare buildings (new build & refurbishment)
