We are looking for a proper headhunter who will work directly with a VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across digital infrastructure, AI and technology.

You must be able to:

  • Map markets properly
  • Find candidates others cannot
  • Build interest from a cold start
  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Manage senior candidates through to close
  • Run a highly organised, systematic desk
  • Keep every search, follow-up and pipeline under control
  • Use AI properly across research, sourcing and outreach
  • Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.
