Contract Recruitment Director Technology

The Role & Company:

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Director or AD to take a leading role within a market leader within the recruitment and project solutions market place market. Project Delivery solutions is the biggest growth area in this independent agency. Division to cover Technology UK and Europe. They need a talented professional to grow and develop this exciting business line. Responsible for growing the area including personal billing and BD. Strong base to grow from enviable client list to network from. Expert delivery and support function in place. Investment in place to facilitate growth and hiring top caliber team. Be part of an exceptional and growing leadership team. Run a high profile division within the company which will be supported by all your peers. Exceptional client list. Company has an excellent reputation and there is a distinct need from their client base for this business line.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record across the Technology recruitment arena
  • Successful track record in winning C-suite Tech and Transformation business
  • High caliber presentation skills
  • Experience in driving corporate strategy
  • Experience in driving your own sales strategy and successful implementation
  • Desire to take your career to the next level
