The Team

A&M’s Valuation Services business is a dynamic and fast-growing practice. For over ten years, we have built and grown teams, Amsterdam, Dubai, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Munich, and Paris. Our teams talk to each other at least weekly and we work collectively on proposals, engagements, team building, and developing best practices.

We are unrestricted by conflicts with audit mandates, which allows us to operate seamlessly across borders and deliver exceptional client service. As the team scales, Directors are taking on larger client relationships and playing a growing role in shaping the practice's presence in new sectors and geographies.

We provide a full suite of valuation services, including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Private Equity portfolio valuations
  • Contentious valuations
  • Complex financial instruments
  • Illiquid securities
  • Financial and tax reporting

Our London-based Valuations team is highly active in the UK as well as globally and involved in landmark, headline transactions. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding this team and seeking an experienced valuations professional to join us at the Director level. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact and the upside progression potential for the right individual is significant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
