Debt Advisory Partner/Director:
Our client is a highly respected advisory firm, boasting exceptional corporate finance deal flow and autonomy to contribute to a growing debt advisory capability. This is a rare opportunity to leverage active transaction flow and shape a specialist offering within a commercially driven, partner-led environment, at a senior level.
About the firm:
This independent advisory firm has built a strong reputation in the UK middle-market, advising on transactions typically ranging from £10m-£200m. The practice boasts a leadership team drawn from leading advisory firms and with an incredible culture. With its credible brand, the business has exceptional access across corporate finance and sponsor-backed transactions.
The Debt Advisory offering, with a strong pipeline of refinancing, acquisition finance and growth funding mandates, forms an integral part of the business's strategic growth plan. Given its growth plans, the firm is now looking to appoint a credible and experienced debt advisor to further accelerate and grow the team and capability.

Requirements:
- Originate and lead debt advisory mandates across UK mid-market transactions
- Develop relationships with private equity investors, lenders and corporate clients
- Deliver strategic funding solutions across acquisitions, refinancing and growth transactions
- Build and shape the firm’s long-term debt advisory proposition alongside senior leadership
- Proven debt advisory or leveraged finance experience within the mid-market
- Strong track record of originating and converting client opportunities
- Credibility with private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses
