At the Visionaries, we represent a diverse and global roster of freelance directors; each bringing unique perspectives, bold creativity, and industry-leading craft. We serve the advertising creative community in the UK, EU, US, and beyond.
Founded in 2015, The Visionaries set out to make great directing talent more accessible, curated, and easy to work with. We connect producers, creative agencies, and brands with directors who deliver powerful, standout work.
Are you a bright, tenacious, highly organised, people person? We’re looking for a Directors’ Agent to join our team. You will take bookings for directors and look for new opportunities. You’ll craft bespoke reels to get our directors pitching. You’ll support our directors with pitches and treatments and negotiate their contracts and terms. You will be able to make this role your own, growing and learning by working with the team and our clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Main tasks:
- Responsible for bookings and negotiating directors T&C’s
- Setting up directors creative meetings
- Help maintain and curate directors showreels on Vimeo and Slate
- Supporting directors and production companies proofreading treatments and sourcing and booking treatment support
- Become acquainted and look after The Visionaries director roster
- Provide directors with support, guidance, and advice
- Networking and talent scouting at industry events
- Organising booking forms and invoices
- Creating marketing decks and proposals for prospects - a good understanding of Keynote/Canva required
Marketing and PR:
- Supporting and overseeing social media management, curating content, managing schedule on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Updating and maintaining website content
- Helping to organise events
Essential Qualities:
- A team player who collaborates well and can also work independently
- Super organised, writes tasks down and gets stuff done
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Passion for moving image and the craft behind filmmaking
- Strong time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A hard-working ethos with acute attention to detail

Preferable Skills:
- A keen interest and understanding of social media marketing
- Creative copywriting and excellent grammar and vocabulary
- Experience using G-Suite (or similar)
- Experience of working in advertising and production
- Experience using Squarespace or other websites
Please note: This is a hybrid role (50/50 WFH / Onsite Split) Applicants must be able to work from either Soho or Shoreditch Works, attend meetings, screenings and events in central London and occasionally beyond.
Salary DOE - £37-£42K + profit share scheme
