The Role
We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual to assist in the management of a rapidly expanding business group. This is a standard 9-to-5 position, but it is not a desk job. You will be the right hand to the Business Development Executive, overseeing a portfolio that includes a variety of businesses.
The Mission
Your job is to keep the office organized and ensure the portfolio runs at 100% efficiency.
- Administration: Manage paperwork for all current operations and prepare files for future strategic plans.
- Field Work: Conduct site visits to audit standards. You will perform door-to-door B2B marketing and help delegate contracts in the field when required.
- Direct Reporting: Provide honest, daily updates on staff performance and operations using office tools including spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and digital tools.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
