Position Overview

Deluxe is looking for a commercially driven business developer to accelerate growth across the UK and EMEA media market. This role is for a self-starter—someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new business. You will have the freedom to build your own strategy, target the clients you believe matter most, and be rewarded directly for the value you create. With a highly competitive commission structure tied to new client onboarding and revenue generation, exceptional performance can deliver exceptional earnings.

The Opportunity

Lead new business growth across Deluxe’s Media Services & Localisation portfolio, building commercial partnerships with content creators, studios, streaming platforms, broadcasters, sports rights holders, content owners, distributors and gaming-related media businesses across EMEA. This is a true growth role focused on winning new clients, building pipeline and delivering revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Own and exceed UK/EMEA new business targets.
  • Build and execute a proactive growth strategy.
  • Identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across the media industry.
  • Represent Deluxe at Industry events
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with Operations, Client Services and Finance to drive profitable growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven success winning new business within media services, localisation, post-production, broadcast operations or entertainment technology.
  • An established network across the UK and EMEA media landscape.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and hunter mentality.
  • Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
