Comme chaque année, l’AGEFICE a confirmé depuis janvier 2026 les plafonds de prise en charge applicables aux formations des dirigeants non-salariés et conjoints collaborateurs.
Un rappel utile alors que de nombreux professionnels n’utilisent pas encore pleinement leurs droits à la formation.
Quels montants peuvent être pris en charge en 2026?
Pour les dirigeants cotisant à la contribution à la formation professionnelle ≥ 7 €
Vous Pouvez Bénéficier
- jusqu’à 3 000 € de prise en charge par an ;
- jusqu’à 5 000 € pour certaines formations diplômantes ou certifiantes inscrites au RNCP.
Pour les dirigeants cotisant à la contribution à la formation professionnelle < 7 €

Le plafond annuel de prise en charge est fixé à :
- 600 € par an.
Les plafonds horaires applicables selon le format de la formation suivie :
- 42 €/heure pour les formations en présentiel ;
- 35 €/heure pour les formations en distanciel ;
- 20 €/heure pour les formations en e-learning.
Des dispositifs toujours mobilisables, les dispositifs spécifiques AGEFICE restent également accessibles en 2026 :
- Cap Digital ;
- Cap RSE ;
- Cap Sobriété énergétique ;
- Diagnostics croissance / performance.
Des indemnisations complémentaires peuvent aussi être accordées pour compenser :
- la perte de ressources ;
- certains frais annexes liés aux formations en présentiel.
