Dispatch Administrator
Our Distribution team are now looking for a Dispatch Administrator to support the smooth running of our Dispatch Department through expert reporting and coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that sits at the heart of Harrods’ operational excellence. About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for producing and maintaining a suite of service reports that support the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch Department. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data accuracy, cost tracking and delivery performance are consistently monitored and communicated.
Reporting to the Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our delivery processes are efficient, transparent and aligned with Harrods’ standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing reports for senior management and updating end-of-month figures.
- Creating presentations showcasing Dispatch deliveries and successes.
- Ensuring delivery costs and pricing are accurately maintained in databases and spreadsheets.
- Updating departmental figures and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Defining and maintaining standard operating procedures for all reports.
- Managing shopfloor recharge queries and updating weekly recharge reports.
- Checking invoices, resolving discrepancies with carriers and updating agent pricing.
- Supporting with telephone and email queries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Running daily, weekly and monthly service reports and managing their filing.
- Running and updating proof of delivery reports for all couriers.

About You
You will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for organisation and data accuracy. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
