Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-Time dedicated Dispatch and Warehouse Assistant to join our team (to include occasional delivery driving). This role is to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers while maintaining high standards in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Duties
- Check goods onto the delivery van, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Deliver goods to customers, placing items in designated safe locations as requested
- Collect returned items from customers and process them accordingly
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards

Warehouse Duties
- Assist in unloading delivery vehicles efficiently
- Check off goods upon arrival and ensure accurate stock management
- Put goods away in designated storage areas, maintaining warehouse organisation
- Assemble and/or label products as required for dispatch
- Pick and prepare goods for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to lift and move heavy goods safely
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver's license
Up to 50 hours a week - (hours/times to be negotiated)
